Hi everyone!

Very happy to see this taking shape! I hope I will succeed in joining the call on the 10th but cannot promise anything yet as I am very busy with the new Intelligence Act in the Netherlands.

Reading this I wanted to flag that some new capabilities in there are very relevant in the context of militarisation. So I wanted to ask: Do other people recognize this trend in their national intelligence regulation? Some examples I see here in the Netherlands:

- There is a new capability for public-private bilateral cooperation ( I call this the Palantir-article). in which the secret services are allowed to start cooperations with private parties in which they can share data, analyse data together and deliver technical or operational support, both ways (!). The cooperation will be structural.

- There is a new article describing the appointment of civil servants working at The Tax and Customs Administration, the Benefits Service, the Correctional Services, the Immigration and Naturalisation Service, the police and customs that will carry out work on behalf of the military intelligence and security service. 

- There is a new article describing cooperation between appointed government organisations and the military intelligence and security services,which exact organisaties and to do what is still to be decided in lower legislation.

Does anyone recognize this?
