yes, in general we are fine even so we have to monitor guidelines and
delegated acts. So major improvement towards COM proposal and a
compromise that safeguards non profit work and individual developers.
There might be some hick up if you transform your non profit into a
start up but this is on the other end covered by fines that should
consider your size.
